A Busy Summer Season for Amy Wallis Jewellery

A Busy Summer Season for Amy Wallis Jewellery

Country Fetes and Charity Fundays

Starting the summer off with a bang, we attended The Stalls Charity Funday (Strang Manor Farm) a charity event in support of Oceans of Hope. An absolutely cracking day with fabulous stalls and music accompanied by utterly delicious food and drink in beautiful surroundings. I can highly recommend a trip to The Stalls for a yummy brunch or coffee and cake stop.

Testing the New Jewellery Stand and Canopy

It was a busy day testing out the new canopy and a new display whipped up by my talented husband Richard. I absolutely loved chatting with so many new people and returning customers. I feel there's a real sea change towards in person events. I for one love to touch and feel the products I buy. I think its really important to meet the makers too, to feel their personality and that added magic they weave in...hopefully that same magic I weave into my work.

Ebblefest 2023

In July, Ebblefest was a brilliant event in the gorgeous village of Nunton just outside of Salisbury. A wonderful selection of craft stalls, music and of course tractors and animals. A brilliant country fair!

Dare I say it, the English weather did its best. We had huge gusts of wind and a little typical rain but by the evening the sun shone as the bands picked up and it was a glorious setting for the children to run and play while the music entertained the relaxed crowds. Such fun!

Salisbury Summer Fair 5th August

Next, we will be at Wilton House for the Salisbury Summer Fair on August 5th 2023. This is going to be a big event with so much to do for all the family. We will be in the craft village, there will also be pampering, arena displays, music and vintage vehicles. Formerly known as the Wessex Country Fair there is absolutely something for everyone.
