These solid silver seashell earrings are cast from the smallest of cowrie shells (or groatie buckies as they're often known) found by me, on Marazion beach in Cornwall.
Cowrie shells are often considered good luck and they make fantastic gifts for good luck gifts.
They are so exciting to find, often people have very fond memories finding them at their favourite beach. Also know as kisses of the sea, they're a beautiful and romantic love token.
Made with solid sterling silver including the ear posts which are 0.8mm dia and 9mm long. With a secure little silver butterfly back.
We also have a matching Cowrie charm which was found a little further along the coast in Hayle - beautiful alone on a chain or as part of a little charm necklace

Wherever possible the precious metals used to create your special piece of jewellery will be recycled. Where appropriate SMO (Single Mine Origin) gold and silver may be used also.
Packaging is simple and beautiful with the emphasis on re-use. Most jewellery will be sent with a little calico pouch which can be used to store jewellery to protect it from scratching or perhaps on holiday to keep little things safe!
